Shipping and Tracking
1. Shipping Cost and Delivery Times
– Handling Time: For in-stock products, our handling time is 1-2 business days. For custom jewelry, the handling time is 7-10 days.
– Shipping Zones and Prices:

– Cash on Delivery only in India.(Rs.100 Extra will be charged)
– Please note that shipping times do not account for unforeseen courier delays.
– Shipments to Canada, Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil may experience customs-related delays.
– Standard delivery to certain countries may take 14-30 days: Cayman Islands, Dominica, Guadeloupe, Honduras, Libya, New Caledonia, Fiji, Nicaragua, Trinidad & Tobago.
-If your country’s custom department charges a duty on shipment, please pay it to release it, otherwise it will be returned back and you will not be able to retrieve it back from department.
2. Worldwide Shipping
– We proudly ship our products worldwide.
– Our trusted logistics partners include Aramex, USPS, FedEx, DHL, Shiprocket, and more.
– We ship only to verifiable addresses and do not ship to PO Boxes, APOs, or FPO addresses.
3. Tracking Your Order
– If you have an account with us, log in to check the order status. You have to enter your order id and email id to track your order. Your order has been dispatched if it’s marked as fulfilled/completed.
– Upon dispatch, you’ll receive an email from us containing the parcel’s tracking number and a tracking URL for monitoring its progress.
– Ensure your email address is provided for tracking updates and sharing your mobile number is advisable for better communication.

4. Shipping as a Gift
– Surprise a particular person by gifting them our gemstones or jewelry.
– All items are shipped in beautiful packaging without an invoice, allowing you to send them directly to your chosen recipient.
5. International Taxes and Duties
– We are not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package in your country. You will be responsible for any additional charges that may apply.
– In rare cases, customs may request an invoice. Share our order confirmation email to comply.
– If you choose to decline/return a parcel, you will be refunded minus a return fee and restocking charge.
– Website prices exclude sales tax for international shipments outside India, and VAT is not collected at checkout. VAT and customs fees will be charged directly by the shipping service provider.
6. Working Days
– We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding official bank/national holidays.
